Settlement of the sale of Wyemandoo Project

Aldoro Resources Ltd (“ Aldoro ”, “ the Company ”) ( ASX: ARN ) is pleased to advise that the Company has completed the divestment of its 100% interest in the Wyemandoo Project to Coppermoly via the sale of tenements E57/1017, E58/555 and E58/571 and 100% of the fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of Altilium Metals Pty Ltd ( Altilium ), being the holder of tenement E59/2431 ( Divestment ) .

The Company has received a cash payment of A$100,000 from Coppermoly and the Divestment will allow Aldoro to focus its attention on its flagship Kameelburg Niobium-REE Carbonatite Project.
