OPTION PLACEMENT OFFER - SHORTFALL NOTICE

Aldoro Resources Limited ( Aldoro , The Company) (ASX: ARN) advises that the Option Placement Offer announced to the ASX on 28[th] September 2023 ( Option Placement Offer ), closed on 12[th] October 2023.

The Option Placement Offer was offered to Australian and New Zealand based holders of the Company’s ARNO class of Options ( ARNO Options ) ( Eligible Optionholders ) which expired on 31 August 2023. The Option Placement Offer offered Eligible Optionholders registered on the Record Date the ability to subscribe for Options on the basis of one (1) Option for every one (1) ARNO Option at an issue price of $0.005 per Option to raise up to $127,661 before costs ( Placement Options ).

Total applications for the Options raised gross proceeds of $57,884.52. The Options will be issued as per the timetable for the Option Placement Offer.

The results of the Options Placement Offer are as follows:
Number of Placement Options applied for:	11,576,897
Shortfall Options:	11,880,367
Director Placement Options (subject to shareholder approval)	2,075,000
Total Number of Options:	25,532,264

The Company reserves the right to place the remaining Shortfall Options within three months after the closing date of the offer and these will be placed as soon as possible.
