Corporate Update - Ms Liqun Li Appointed Chairwoman

Aldoro Resources Limited (“ Aldoro ”, “ The Company” ) ( ASX: ARN ) wishes to advise that effective today Ms Liqun Li (Quinn) has been appointed as the Company's Non-Executive Chairwoman following the resignation of Mr Troy Flannery as a Director and Chair.

Mr Flannery stepped down from the Board due to other commitments. The Board would like to express its appreciation of Mr Flannery’s service to the Company over the past 3 years.

Ms Li, one of the Company's largest shareholders is a corporate executive with more than 20 years of experience in the resources and development sectors. Ms Li has considerable expertise in asset divestment and project financing having led a number of significant asset sales on behalf of listed companies which ensured appropriate value recognition for shareholders.

Ms Li commented: "I look forward to working with the Aldoro team to ensure prompt progress toward unlocking the value within the portfolio for the benefit of our fellow shareholders."
