Aldoro Resources Limited (“ Aldoro ”, “ The Company” ) ( ASX: ARN ) advises that Mr Edwin Bulseco and Dr Minlu Fu were appointed to the Board effective 26[th] August 2024 (as announced to ASX on this day), not 30[th] August as per the Appendix 3Xs lodged earlier today.

An amended Appendix 3X for each of Mr Bulseco and Dr Fu with the correct appointment date is attached.
