Annual General Meeting and Director Nominations

Aldoro Resources Limited (ASX: ARN) ( Aldoro or Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on 13[th] November 2024 at:

Unit 1, 1 Centro Ave Subiaco WA 6008

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 14.3, valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company at its registered office on or before 5.00pm (WST) on 2[nd] October 2024.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at https://www.aldororesources.com/.
