NOTICE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Aldoro Resources Limited (ARN or the Company) confirms that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 25[th] November 2020 commencing at 11:00am (WST) at:

Suite 2, Level 1 1 Altona Street West Perth WA 6005

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 14.3, valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company at its registered office on or before 11:00am (WST) 15[th ] October 2020 being at least 30 business days before the date of the AGM.
