TRANSACTION UPDATE

Naracoota Resources Limited ( Naracoota ) ( Company ) is pleased to advise that it has now executed a full form Share Purchase Agreement to acquire Alcidion Corporation Pty Ltd ( Alcidion ).

The Company has finalised its Notice of Meeting to approve the acquisition of Alcidion and will dispatch this notice to shareholders this Friday (20 November 2015). The shareholder meeting date will be 21 December 2015 and the meeting will be held at the offices of the Company at 10:00am.
