Alcidion completes acquisition of Silverlink

Melbourne, Australia – Alcidion Group Limited ( Alcidion or the Company ) is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Silverlink PCS Software Ltd ( Silverlink ).

Silverlink is one of the largest and few remaining specialist Patient Administration System (PAS) providers servicing the UK NHS market. The acquisition provides Alcidion with the core PAS capability, which expands the overall product offering and positions Alcidion to become a cloud-native, modern, and modular Electronic Patient Record (EPR/EMR) provider to rival major global incumbents.

Alcidion’s Managing Director, Kate Quirke commented, “We are delighted to welcome the Silverlink business, management and staff to Alcidion and look forward to working closely with them to establish a dominant product offering for the healthcare market. The reaction we have seen from customers and the market more broadly has been very positive, providing our team with a strong validation as to the strategic roadmap ahead and the positioning of Miya Precision (along with PCS) as a modular, cloud native EPR platform.”

The Retail Entitlement Offer, as referred to in the Company’s ASX announcement dated 7 December 2021, opened at 10:00am (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 14 December 2021 and will close at 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Thursday, 23 December 2021.
