RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

Alchemy Resources Limited (ASX Code: ALY) (the “Company” or “Alchemy”) advises that the following securities that have been escrowed for 24 months from the date of quotation of the Company, will be released from ASX escrow on 26 November 2009:

• 14,731,600 ordinary fully paid shares;

• 3,947,750 listed options exercisable at $0.25 on or before 31 August 2010;

• 4,500,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.25 on or before 30 June 2011;

• 1,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.37 on or before 30 June 2012; and

• 1,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.50 on or before 30 June 2013.

The majority of the shares and options are controlled by Jindalee Resources Limited and the current directors of Alchemy who have advised the Company that they intend to hold their securities at this point in time.
