RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

Alchemy Resources Limited (ASX Code: ALY) advises that the following securities that have been escrowed for 12 months from the date of issue, will be released from ASX escrow on 17 September 2008:

• 3,188,400 ordinary fully paid shares;

• 4,371,000 options exercisable at $0.25 on or before 31 August 2010; and

• 750,000 options exercisable at $0.60 on or before 30 June 2011.
