Alchemy Resources Limited (ASX: ALY) (Alchemy) advises that Mr Bernard Crawford has submitted his resignation as Company Secretary to the Company and its subsidiaries, effective close of business on 3 March 2021.

Mr Crawford joined the Company in December 2010 and is a well-regarded member of Alchemy’s team. The Board sincerely thanks Mr Crawford for his contribution to the Company during this period and takes this opportunity to wish him every success in his future endeavours.

The Company is pleased to advise that it has engaged Everest Corporate to provide Company Secretarial and Chief Financial Officer Services at the conclusion of Mr Crawford’s tenure. A familiarisation and handover will be undertaken in the interim period.

Jessamyn Lyons, Director of Everest Corporate, will take over as Company Secretary at close of business on 3 March 2021.

Ms Lyons is a Chartered Secretary, an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia with majors in Investment Finance, Corporate Finance and Marketing.

The Board welcomes Ms Lyons and Everest Corporate to the Alchemy team.
