RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Alchemy Resources Limited (“Alchemy” or “the Company”) advises that Dr Kevin Cassidy has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective 22 December 2016.
Dr Cassidy has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 2012. Prior to that time he was Alchemy’s Exploration Manager since February 2010.
The Board would like to thank Dr Cassidy for his valued contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future. The Company has initiated a search for a replacement.
