Bryah Resources Limited (ASX: BYH) – Trading Halt (2+2)

Description

The securities of Bryah Resources Limited (‘BYH’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BYH, pending it releasing an announcement regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 16 June 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Bryah Resources Limited (“BYH” or “the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX, with respect to BYH’s quoted securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, BYH advises that:

• (a) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising;

• (b) it anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 16 June 2020, and when the announcement regarding the capital raising is made to the market;

• (c) it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• (d) the capital raising is material to the Company.
