SUSPENSION REQUEST

Further to the Trading Halt request dated 22 August 2019, Bryah Resources Limited (“BYH” or “the Company”) requests an immediate voluntary suspension be granted by the ASX, with respect to BYH’s quoted securities in order to finalise a capital raising.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, BYH advises that:

• (a) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding the capital raising;

• (b) it anticipates that the voluntary suspension will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 28 August 2019, or when the announcement regarding the capital raising is made to the market;

• (c) it is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and

• (d) the capital raising is material to the Company.
