Placement

Bryah Resources Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received commitments from sophisticated and professional investors for the placement of 3,787,500 fully paid shares and 1,893,750 free attaching listed options exercisable at $0.30, expiring 31 October 2020, raising approximately $303 000 (before costs).

The funds raised will be used by the Company to undertake additional drilling at its Bryah Basin Project in Western Australia and for working capital purposes.

The Placement will be completed under the Company’s available placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.

Completion date for the capital raising is expected to be on or before 4 December 2018.
