Description

Bryah Resources Limited (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Friday, 13 October 2017.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 1:00 pm AEDT (10:00 am WST) on Tuesday, 17 October 2017.

The Company raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under the replacement prospectus dated 3 May 2017 and the supplementary prospectus dated 17 July 2017 (together, the “Prospectus”) by the issue of 25,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per Share together with 12,500,000 free attaching quoted options exercisable at $0.30 each on or before 31 October 2020.
