CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Bryah Resources Limited ACN 616 795 245 (ASX:BYH), advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Mr Neil Marston has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 29 November 2021.
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Neville Bassett as Company Secretary with effect from 29 November 2021.
Mr Marston remains Managing Director of the Company.
For the purposes of ASX listing rule 12.6, the Company wishes to confirm that Mr Bassett is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX. The changes are effective immediately.
The board of directors of Bryah Resources Limited has authorised this announcement to be given to the ASX.
