Board Changes

Australian Vanadium nominee appointed to Bryah Board.

Bryah Resources Limited (“Bryah” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Leslie Ingraham as a non-executive director of the Company

Mr Ingraham is presently an executive director of Australian Vanadium Limited (AVL) and has been appointed as AVL’s nominee to the Bryah board. AVL presently holds 13.4% of the issued capital of Bryah.

The Directors of Bryah were very pleased with the strong support shown by AVL through the recently completed Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listing of Bryah on the ASX and welcomes their input at the board level through Mr Ingraham’s appointment.

The Board also advises that Mr Geoffrey Stuart Crow has resigned as a director of the Company and extends its thanks for his support during the IPO and listing of the Company.
