Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Boards of the Companies announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus ("the Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the Albion Prospectus Top Up Offers 2017/2018 (the "Offers").

The Supplementary Prospectus refers to proposed changes to the rules governing Venture Capital Trusts.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and are available free of charge from the offices of the Companies' investment manager, Albion Capital Group LLP, 1 King's Arms Yard, London EC2R 7AF and the Albion Capital website: www.albion.capital.

The Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC Offer remains suspended.

The Offers for Albion Development VCT PLC, Albion Enterprise VCT PLC, Albion Technology & General VCT PLC, Crown Place VCT PLC and Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC are all open.
