Albion Resources Limited (ASX: ALB) ( Albion or the Company ) advises that on 30 April 2023, 12,628,425 fully paid ordinary shares and 3,000,000 options exercisable at $0.25 on or before 21 January 2024 will be released from escrow.

The Company will apply to ASX for quotation of the fully paid ordinary shares so released.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board.
