Sechilienne Sidec: proposal to change the company name
As part of the group's strategy to focus on exploiting biomass as an energy source, Sechilienne Sidec's Board of Directors has decided to propose to the General Meeting of shareholders of 30 May 2013, to change the company's name to "Albioma".
The new identity and the new baseline will be disclosed to the shareholders at the General Meeting of shareholders.
