COMBINED SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF MAY 18, 2010
The Combined Shareholders' Meeting of Séchilienne-Sidec, chaired by Nordine Hachemi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, met today. All the proposed resolutions were approved.
In particular, the proposed dividend of €0.70 per share was approved and will be distributed on July 8.
The Combined Shareholders' Meeting also renewed the terms of office of Mr. Michel Bleitrach as Director for a period of 4 years.
