Pursuant to Regulation 30 read of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), read with Para-A of Part-A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, as amended from time to time, we hereby inform that Mr. Chandra Bhushan Thakur, Head-Operations, Ghaziabad Plant of the Company, has resigned from the position w.e.f 29th May, 2026. The Company places on record its deep sense of appreciation for the services rendered by him and for his contributions to the company, during his tenure with the Company.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, as amended from time to time are given in Annexure-A and a copy of the resignation e-mail from HR Department is enclosed herewith as Annexure-B.
