Pursuant to Board of Directors Resolution No. 2748 dated August 7, 2025, adopted by our Bank's Board of Directors, whereby Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. will act as the Originator/Fund User, Under the Asset and Mortgage-Backed Securities Communiqué No. III.58.1, regarding the ABS Issuance to be carried out by Birleşik İpotek Finansmanı AŞ (Türkiye Menkul Kıymetleştirme Şirketi (TMKŞ)), the founder of TMKŞ Albaraka Türk Birinci Katılım Varlık Finansmanı Fonu (Issuer), the approval of our application for an issuance ceiling of 5,000,000,000 TL has been published in the Capital Markets Board's bulletin dated 11.09.2025 and numbered 2025/48. We hereby inform the public. In case of contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
