Additional Explanations

Pursuant to the Board of Directors' Resolution No. 2746 dated 07.08.2025; It has been resolved that our Company shall issue lease certificates in Turkey, up to a ceiling of TRY 50,000,000,000 (Fifty Billion Turkish Liras), in tranches and with various maturities, based on the types of lease certificates and contracts stipulated under the Lease Certificates Communiqué, or through a combination thereof, without being offered to the public, by way of private placement and/or sales to qualified investors, with Albaraka Türk Participation Bank Inc. acting as the fund user. Furthermore, it has been resolved to apply to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and other relevant authorities in order to obtain the necessary approvals in relation to the issuance. This is hereby announced to the public.
