Alba Mineral Resources plc (AIM: ALBA) is pleased to note the announcement today by its portfolio company, GreenRoc Mining plc ("GreenRoc") (AIM: GROC).  Alba holds a 54% majority interest in GreenRoc. The announcement is set out below without material changes.

Investor Call with Presentation Update

GreenRoc Mining Plc (AIM: GROC), a company focused on the development of critical minerals projects in Greenland, is pleased to provide further detail on its upcoming investor call to be held at 12:00pm BST on 28 September 2022 via the Investor Meet Company (IMC) platform.

Investor Call

At 12:00pm BST on 28 September 2022, the Company's CEO, Stefan Bernstein, will give a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company (IMC) platform.

The presentation will include highlights from the Company's recently concluded Phase 2 drilling programme at its Amitsoq Island graphite project in South Greenland ('Amitsoq' or the 'Project'), results from which appear to have more than doubled the drilled extent of the deposit footprint and which are therefore expected to support a significant upgrade in the Project's resource tonnage (see the RNS dated 26 September 2022). Dr. Bernstein will also discuss a conceptual development plan for Amitsoq, targeting production of 60-80,000 tonnes of graphite concentrate per year.

Following the presentation, Dr. Bernstein will be available to answer questions. These can be submitted at any time during the live presentation.
