Horse Hill Update

Alba Mineral Resources plc (AIM: ALBA) notes the announcement today by UK Oil & Gas Plc ("UKOG"), as majority shareholder of Horse Hill Developments Limited (the Operator of the Horse Hill Oil Project in the Weald Basin in southern England), that following the judicial review ("JR") hearing of 17-18 November 2020, the Hon Justice Holgate has published his judgement which comprehensively dismisses the challenge to the lawfulness of the planning consent given by Surrey County Council ("SCC") in September 2019 to long-term oil production at Horse Hill.

The UKOG announcement also notes that the full judgement will be made available on UKOG's website in due course.

Further material updates will be released as and when the Company is made aware of these.
