The share buyback transactions of 30.05.2025 which were carried out pursuant to the Resolution of our Board of Directors dated 20.03.2025 may be found in the table above. As of 30.05.2025, share buyback transactions have been completed. Pursuant to the share buyback program; 13.050.000 shares with total nominal value of TRY 1.231.345.841,35 , representing 3% of the share capital, were repurchased by our Company. Financing of the share buybacks were obtained from the internal sources of our Company. Shares were bought back from TRY 101,70 at the highest and from TRY 94,36 as the average. With this transaction, the total nominal value of ALARK shares owned by our company has reached 23.000.000 TL, and the ratio of these shares to the capital is 5 ,287 %.
