Additional Explanations

As per the authorization granted to our Board of Directors by the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting dated 29.05.2023 of our Company, in accordance with the of the provisions of Articles of Association of our Company, Capital Markets Law, Communiqué on Dividends numbered II-19.1 of the Capital Markets Board and the Guidebook on Dividends of the Capital Markets Board; it has been decided;

To distribute dividend advance at the rate of gross 70%, net 63% per share starting from 01.06.2023, in order to distribute the amount of TRY 304.500.000 ("gross") to the shareholders representing a capital of TRY 435.000.000, from the net profit for the interim period dated 01.01.2023 – 31.03.2023, after deducting the reserves required to be set aside in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and articles of association.

Net Profit for the 3rd Line: Period net profit of the company is TRY 1.858.133.465, however the period net profit of TRY 1.835.358.733 has been taken into account, considering the period profit of TRY 22.774.732 relating to the non-controlling shares which is included in this amount.
