Additional Explanations
Alarko Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. Yönetim Kurulu'nun şirket merkezindeki 25.02.2022 tarihli toplantısında,
- Genel Kurulumuzun onayına sunulan, şirketimizin 2021 yılına ait finansal tablolarında yer alan dönem kârı 1.261.477.309 TL olup önceki yıllarda ayrılan birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe tutarı yasal tavana ulaştığından, birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmamasına,
- Yıl içinde yapılan 850.000 TL tutarındaki bağışlar eklenmiş 1.262.327.309 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem kârından, 106.260.000 TL' lik kısmının ortaklara kâr payı olarak nakden dağıtılmasına,
- Dağıtılacak kâr payı üzerinden 10.304.000 TL tutarında ikinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmasına,
- Kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedek akçelere eklenmesine,
- Kâr payı dağıtımına 25 Nisan 2022 tarihinde başlanmasına,
Bu önerimizin Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına, oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
