STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY ISSUED UNDER ARTICLE 9 IN THE SECOND PART OF THE COMMUNIQUÉ NUMBERED II-14.1 OF THE CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD

1 – We have examined the financial statements of the Company for the year ended on 31.12.2023, prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué II-14.1 "Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets".

2 – To the best of our knowledge and information available to us as part of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, the financial statements do not contain any misstatements in material matters or any omissions that may be construed as misleading as of the date of the disclosure.

3 – To the best of our knowledge and information available to us as part of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, the financial statements, prepared in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial standing, and profit and loss of the Company.

SERMAYE PİYASASI KURULUNUN II-14.1 SAYILI TEBLİĞİNİN İKİNCİ BÖLÜMÜNÜN 9. MADDESİ GEREĞİ  SORUMLULUK BEYANIMIZDIR

1 – Ortaklığın, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu' nun II-14.1, "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve 31.12.2023 tarihinde sona eren yıla ait özet finansal tabloları tarafımızdan incelenmiştir.

2 – Ortaklıktaki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, finansal tablo önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarıyla yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermemektedir.

3 – Ortaklıktaki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, yürürlükteki finansal raporlama standartlarına göre hazırlanmış finansal tablolar Ortaklığın aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıtmaktadır.
