Şirketimizin 25.03.2022 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında;

· Şirketimizin, 2021 yılına ait finansal tablolarında yer alan 77.629.319,-TL vergi öncesi kârından; Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi ve diğer mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca 5.678.706,-TL vergi karşılığı ayrıldıktan sonra kalan net dönem kârı 71.950.613,-TL olup önceki yıllarda ayrılan birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe tutarı yasal tavana ulaştığından, birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmamasına,

· Ekonomik koşullar dikkate alınmak suretiyle Şirket'in işletme sermayesini güçlendirmek amacıyla ortaklara kâr payı dağıtılmamasına,

· Kalan 71.950.613,-TL tutarındaki net dönem kârının olağanüstü yedek akçelere eklenmesine,

oybirliği ile karar verildi.
