Şirketimizin 28.03.2019 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında;

• Şirketimizin, 2018 yılına ait finansal tablolarında yer alan 61.082.192,-TL dönem kârından; Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi ve diğer mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca 11.751.706,-TL vergi karşılığı ayrıldıktan sonra kalan net dönem kârı 49.330.486,-TL olup önceki yıllarda ayrılan birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe tutarı yasal tavana ulaştığından, birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmamasına,

• Ekonomik koşullar dikkate alınmak suretiyle Şirket'in işletme sermayesini güçlendirmek amacıyla ortaklara kâr payı dağıtılmamasına,

• Kalan 49.330.486,-TL tutarındaki net dönem kârının olağanüstü yedek akçelere eklenmesine,

oyçokluğu ile karar verildi.
