Alarko Carrier Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Yönetim Kurulu tarafından 28.02.2018 tarihinde,

• Şirketimizin, 2017 yılına ait finansal tablolarında yer alan 62.589.591,-TL dönem kârından; Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi ve diğer mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca 10.798.557,-TL vergi karşılığı ayrıldıktan sonra kalan net dönem kârı 51.791.034,-TL olup önceki yıllarda ayrılan birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe tutarı yasal tavana ulaştığından, birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmamasına,

• 2017 yılında bağış yapılmadığından, net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı 51.791.034,-TL'nin %54,22'sine tekabül eden 28.080.000,-TL (Brüt) tutarındaki kısmının ortaklara kâr payı olarak nakden dağıtılmasına,

• Dağıtılacak kâr payı üzerinden 2.754.000,-TL tutarında ikinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmasına,

• Vergi tevkifatına tabi olan kâr payı kısmı üzerinden gerekli vergi tevkifatının yapılmasına,

• Kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedek akçelere eklenmesine,

• Kâr payı dağıtımına 15 Mayıs 2018 tarihinde başlanmasına,

Bu önerimizin genel kurul'un onayına sunulmasına,
