• 1 – We have examined the financial statements and annual report of the Company for the three-month interim period ended on 31.03.2025, prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué II-14.1 "Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets".
• 2 – To the best of our knowledge and information available to us as part of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, the financial statements and annual report do not contain any misstatements in material matters or any omissions that may be construed as misleading as of the date of the disclosure.
• 3 – To the best of our knowledge and information available to us as part of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, the financial statements, prepared in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial standing, and profit and loss of the Company. The annual report fairly presents the development and performance of the business and the financial position of the Company, together with the significant risks and uncertainties they face.
