CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND OFFICE
Perth: Alara Resources Limited (ASX: AUQ) ( Alara or Company ) advises the resignation of Elizabeth Hunt as joint Company Secretary effective 31 March 2017. Ian Gregory (appointed 30 June 2015[1] ) will continue as Company Secretary.
The Company acknowledges the valued contributions made by Ms Hunt and Mining Corporate since their appointment in August 2015 and thanks them for their service to Alara.
With effect from 1 April 2017, Corporate Board Services will take over the outsourced company secretarial and accounting services for the Company and Alara’s registered office, postal address and telephone numbers will change to:
