Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that further to the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company on 29[th] November, 2022, the Management Committee of the Board of Directors has at its meeting held today, i.e., 16[th] January, 2023, considered and approved the allotment of 8,16,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each, on Preferential Basis pursuant to conversion of loan.
