Dear Sir/Madam,
Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 20[th] March, 2019 at 4E/2, Jhandewalan Extension, New Delhi-110055 at 11:30 A.M. , inter-aila to consider payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19.
The Company has fixed Tuesday, the 26[th] March, 2019 as the “ Record Date” for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for the payment of Interim Dividend, subject to the approval of Board of Directors.
Further it is informed, that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will remain closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for all persons defined under said Regulations including Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and connected persons from 16.03.2019 till 23.03.2019 (both days inclusive).
