• The Limited Review Report for the 1[st] Quarter ended 30[th] June, 2025.

• The Draft Annual Report along with Annexures and Draft Notice of the 36[th] Annual General Meeting.

• The day, date and time to call the 36[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company and fixation of cut-off date for e-voting and book closure date for Annual General Meeting.

• Any other business with the permission of Chair.

Further as intimated vide our letter dated 24[th] June, 2025 and pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders ('the Code'), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for persons specified under the code, had been closed from 01[st ] July, 2025, and shall be open 48 hours after Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 1[st] Quarter ended 30[th] June, 2025 are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
