Brief Profile	Mrs. Meenu Agrawal, aged 48, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (History honours) from Aligarh Muslim University, a management certification from Bhartiya Vidhya Bhawan in Delhi, and an MBA from Symbiosis Pune (DL). Certified as a Soft Skills trainer by the Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI) in New Delhi, she is also POSH-certified. Passionate about mentoring and motivating others, she excels in enhancing skills and fostering professional growth. She is a certified communication coach, renowned for her Communication Mastery Course that enhances employability and unlocks untapped potential. As the program curator and advisor for the Delhi Literature Festival and the host and advisor for the Tagore Prize Literary Festival, she recently hosted the 6th Rabindra Nath Tagore Literary Prize at the India International Centre on December 18, 2023. Her extensive experience includes hosting, moderating, and serving as a panellist at platforms like Kids Chaupal, Jamia Millia Islamia, and the Kenya International Film Festival. She has also introduced film screenings at the India Habitat Centre and Indian International Centre. Formerly the president of the Delhi Chapter of the Professional Speakers Association of India (PSAI) and a core member of the Speaker’s Institute of India, she is deeply committed to social causes, volunteering at a blind school and NGOs like Khushi and Nai Disha. Her podcast "Aarambh" inspires audiences with compelling stories. As a co-author of three books—"Revive and Thrive," "Garden of Hope," and "Garden of Joy"—published by Chrissy Tasker in Singapore, she contributes proceeds to charity. Additionally, she was part of the Delhi Government's Mentors group,"The

Entrepreneur Mindset," where she has mentored over 1,000 students.

She began her career at Redington India Limited and then transitioned to Hewlett Packard India as a Supply Chain Manager in logistics and operations. At Seagate Technologies, she excelled as an Account Manager, gaining in-depth knowledge of key customer sales and revenue planning. In her most recent role as a Global Services Product Data Manager at Nokia Solutions and Networks, she was responsible for managing product data across multiple regions, including India, China, APAC, Japan, LATAM, Europe, and MEA, ensuring seamless global operations and data integrity.
