To recommend Dividend if any, on equity shares for the Financial year 2020-21.
To approve the draft Director’s Report along with enclosures and Notice of Annual General Meeting.
To decide the day, date and time to call Annual General Meeting of the Company and fixation of cut-off date for e-voting and book closure date for Annual General Meeting.
To take note of Resignation of Mr. Alok Kumar Agarwal from the post of Chairman and Director of the Company.
