- To consider and adopt unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results along with Limited Review Report (under Ind-AS) of the company for the 2[nd] quarter and half year ended 30[th ] September, 2019.
Further it is informed, that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will remain closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for all persons defined under said Regulations including Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and connected persons from 01.10.2019 till 15.11.2019 (both days inclusive).
