Further it is informed, that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will remain closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for all persons defined under said Regulations including Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and connected persons from 06.11.2018 till 16.11.2018 (both days inclusive).
