Where the two parties agreed on 11-27-1442 AH corresponding to 07-07-2021 AD to establish a 50/50 owned company between Al-Moammar Information Systems Company and Abunayyan Holding Group to establish a joint company (equally shared ) with the aim of building and developing green data centres based on renewable energy in the Kingdom in line with the vision of the Kingdom and the world in this field.
