ALJOUF AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (ALJOUF) ANNOUNCES ITS AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THIS YEAR ENDED 31 ST DECEMBER 2011

ALJOUF AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (ALJOUF) ANNOUNCES ITS AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THIS YEAR ENDED 31 ST DECEMBER 2011 AS FOLLOWS;

1. The net profit amounted to SAR (84.61) million, an increase of 28 % compared to the last year SAR (66.26) million.

2. The Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to SAR (3.39) compared to SAR (2.65) for the last year (An increase in capital to SAR 250 million for 200 million the previous financial period)

3. The gross profit amounted to SAR (127.28) million, an increase of 24 % compared to the last year SAR (102.6) million.

4. The operating income amounted to SAR (83.9) million. An increase of 25 % compared to the last year SAR (67.06) million.

5. Cause of high profits for the same period last year due to the increased value sales to SAR (293.38) million compared to SAR (246.88 )million for the same period last year.
