Addendum to Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment announcement regarding the entry into preliminary discussions with The National Medical Care Company that was announced on Tadawul on 10/11/1438H corresponding 02/08/2017G, Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment would like to inform its shareholders about receiving the approval letter from The General Authority for Competition on the request for economic concentration between Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment and The National Medical Care Company on 22-07-1439H corresponding 08-04-2018G. This approval does not necessarily mean that the merger will happen between the two companies. The Company will announce any material developments in this regards on TADAWUL website.
