AKVA Group - Share Issue/Capital Change 2018

AKVA group ASA: Share capital increase registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by AKVA group ASA

("AKVA") on 30 August 2018 regarding the successful completion of the

acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares in Egersund Net AS.

The share capital increase pertaining to the consideration shares issued to

Egersund Group AS (the seller of the shares in Egersund Net AS), as resolved by

the general meeting on 14 August 2018, has now been registered with the

Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

AKVA's new registered share capital is NOK 33,334,303 divided on 33,334,303

shares, each with a par value of NOK 1. The consideration shares will be

delivered in the VPS and admitted to trading immediately.

Obligations for stock exchange listed companies.
