NEW CONTRACTS

AKVA group ASA has entered into contracts for a total of five AC450 feed barges

to companies within Norway Royal Salmon ASA group and related company Wilsgård

Fiskeoppdrett AS. The total value of the contracts are 60,225 MNOK and the

barges will be delivered in the period from October 2014 till May 2015.

AKVA group ASA is proud to continue our good relationship with the competent and

qualified organizations within Norway Royal Salmon group and Wilsgård

Fiskeoppdrett AS, and honored to be selected as a supplier for another 5 AC450

barges to the group. It is of great importance for AKVA to be selected as the

technology partner in the investment programs for such companies as the Norway

Royal Salmon and Wilsgård Fiskeoppdrett, states CEO in AKVA group ASA Trond

Williksen.

The signings follows a series of unusually early signings of barges and

other technology in the Norwegian market this year.
