?Wheatsheaf Group Limited (previously Wheatsheaf Investments Limited) owns

3 900 000 shares in AKVA group ASA ("AKVA") as per 19 December 2018.

Due to issuance of new shares in AKVA on 31 August 2018, the total number of

shares issued by AKVA increased to 33 334 303 shares. As a consequence

Wheatsheaf Group Limited now owns below 15 % of the total outstanding number of

shares in AKVA. Wheatsheaf Group Limited has not divested any AKVA shares.

The shares and voting rights held by Wheatsheaf Group Limited as of 19 December

2018 are equivalent to 11.7 % of the total shares and votes of AKVA.
