AKVA group ASA: Acquisition of the remaining shares in AKVA Marine Services AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by AKVA group ASA

("AKVA") on 1 April 2016 regarding the agreement entered into by AKVA for the

purchase of shares in AD Offshore AS (now: AKVA Marine Services AS).

AKVA and the minority shareholders have today entered into an agreement under

which AKVA acquires the remaining shares in AKVA Marine Services AS from the

minority shareholders.

Completion of the acquisition is expected to take place on or about 4 April
